DescriptionThe Doxa Army, reference 785.60.031.10, presents a robust architecture beginning with its 316L stainless steel case, precision-machined to a diameter of 42.50 mm and a lug-to-lug dimension of 44.50 mm, with a relatively slim profile of 11.95 mm in height. Ensuring protection for the internal Swiss mechanical automatic movement, the case incorporates a screw-down crown and a solid stainless steel screw-down case back, contributing to its substantial water resistance rating of 30 ATM, which is equivalent to 300 meters or 984 feet. This level of water resistance makes the watch suitable for professional diving activities. The timepiece is surmounted by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, providing a clear view of the sand-beige dial. A defining characteristic of this model is its unidirectional rotating bezel, crafted from bronze, a first for DOXA. This bezel is complemented by a hunter green ceramic inlay, offering durability and a distinct aesthetic. The bronze material is specifically chosen for its tendency to oxidize over time, developing a unique patina that personalizes the watch to its wearer.

Powering the DOXA Army is a Swiss mechanical automatic, self-winding movement, which is decorated by DOXA. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4.0 Hz) and provides a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The dial displays hours, minutes, and seconds, alongside a date indication, with all diving-related markings treated with Super-LumiNova® for optimal legibility in low-light underwater conditions. The watch is supplied with a stainless steel "beads of rice" bracelet featuring a folding clasp equipped with a ratcheting wetsuit extension. An alternative FKM rubber strap, also with a folding clasp and ratcheting dive suit extension, is available. Further enhancing its versatility, an additional NATO camouflage strap is included within the presentation box, which itself features the original camouflage pattern of the Swiss Army field uniform. The lug width for strap attachment is 20.00 mm.
