Finishing techniques applied include both grinding and polishing, resulting in a complex interplay of surface textures. A defining characteristic is the polished bezel, which incorporates a laterally fluted decorative ring, adding visual depth and tactile interest. Protecting the dial is a domed sapphire crystal, treated with anti-reflective coatings on both its inner and outer surfaces to maximize legibility under various lighting conditions. The case back is secured via screws and features a satin finish, contrasting with the polished elements of the case body. An inset sapphire crystal on the case back allows observation of the movement within. Water resistance is rated at 3 bar, equivalent to a depth of 30 meters, ensuring protection against incidental moisture contact. Case dimensions are precisely controlled, measuring 40 millimeters in diameter and 11.5 millimeters in height. The lug-to-lug distance spans 50 millimeters, contributing to the watch's presence on the wrist, while the lug width is standardized at 20 millimeters to accommodate the strap attachment system, which utilizes screwed links for enhanced security.
