Its construction centers around a SINN movement, modified from the ETA 7750 base. This self-winding mechanism incorporates 28 bearing jewels and operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour. A seconds stop function is integrated for precise time setting. Furthermore, the movement is designed to be anti-magnetic, conforming to the DIN 8309 standard. It includes a lubricant-free escapement, utilizing Sinn's DIAPAL Technology to ensure reliable operation with time. The movement provides the watch capabilities for a chronograph, hours, minutes, and a subsidiary second's dial.

The case, with a diameter of 38.5 mm and a thickness of 16.5 mm, is meticulously fashioned from polished 18-carat rose gold. A band lug width of 20 mm accommodates the included straps. The dial-side crystal is sapphire, treated with an anti-reflective coating on both surfaces, while the transparent case back employs sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on its interior. The case back is secured by screws.
