The case is crafted from a single block of black zirconium oxide ceramic, a remarkably tough and scratch-resistant material. The black ceramic bezel features a tachymeter scale with markings made of matte chromium nitride. The dial, also made from black ceramic, features blackened subdial rings at 3 and 9 o'clock for the chronograph complication, and 18K white gold hour markers and hands with a diamond-polished finish. The central sweep seconds hand is also made of 18K white gold, but it is rhodium-plated and features a red tip for enhanced legibility.
