The watch case is constructed of stainless steel, a durable material that is resistant to corrosion. The case measures 38 millimeters in diameter, 14.7 millimeters in thickness, and has a lug-to-lug width of 44.9 millimeters. The caseback features a decorative Seahorse medallion, a signature design element of Omega watches. The bezel surrounding the watch face is also crafted from stainless steel and includes a tachymeter scale on a grey aluminum ring. A tachymeter is a specialized scale used to determine speed based on travel time.

The watch dial is colored opaline silvery and features a horizontal oval subdial configuration at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. These subdials display the chronograph complication, a stopwatch function that can be used to measure elapsed time. The self-winding mechanism harnesses the wearer's movements to automatically wind the mainspring, eliminating the need for manual winding. The caliber 3330 movement boasts a 52-hour power reserve, which is the amount of time the watch will continue to function after it has been removed from the wrist and stopped running. The Omega Speedmaster 38 Co-Axial Chronometer Chronograph is secured to the wrist using a brown Novo Nappa leather strap. The Novo Nappa leather is known for its soft and supple feel, and the strap features a non-grained calf leather surface and underside for a comfortable and polished look. The strap secures with a stainless steel foldover clasp. The watch has a water resistance rating of 10 bars, which is equivalent to 100 meters or 330 feet. This means that the watch can withstand accidental immersion in water up to 100 meters deep.
