The watch features a robust 45.5 mm stainless steel case that is resistant to water up to 600 meters (60 bar). The case is topped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment on both sides for excellent readability in all conditions. The unidirectional rotating divers' bezel is made of orange ceramic and features a diving scale. The bezel can only be turned counter-clockwise, preventing accidental adjustments during a dive.

The black dial of the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M features large, luminescent hour markers and hands for easy readability in low-light conditions.
