DescriptionThe Norqain Independence Skeleton Chrono, reference NN3200SC/B323, is constructed around a 42.00mm diameter case crafted from 316L stainless steel. This case exhibits a thickness of 13.90mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 49.80mm, while the width between the lugs is standardized at 22.00mm, accommodating the integrated strap or bracelet options. The architecture of the case ensures a water resistance rating of 100 meters, augmented by a screw-down crown, which is emblazoned with the NORQAIN logo. Protecting the dial is a double anti-reflective, scratch-proof, flat sapphire glass. Visibility of the movement is provided by the open case back, fitted with a scratch-proof flat sapphire glass. A distinctive feature is the engraved 316L stainless steel NORQAIN plate, which is affixed to the left side of the case.

The core of this timepiece is the NORQAIN 8K Manufacture Calibre (NK24/1), a mechanical automatic flyback chronograph movement that is chronometer-certified (COSC). This movement incorporates a column wheel mechanism and contains 31 rubies, which optimize the smoothness of the mechanism as well as longevity. The personalized oscillating weight and bridge are inspired by 8k mountain peaks, a design unique to NORQAIN. The 8K Manufacture Calibre provides a bi-directional automatic winding system to achieve a power reserve of 62 hours. Operating at a balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). Functionally, the movement includes a small second counter positioned at 6 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock. A feature is the flyback chronograph function, which permits instant resetting and restarting of the timer. The dial itself is a satin-finished skeletonized black, featuring a white minute scale on a black outer ring. The counters, located at 6 and 12 o'clock, contrast in black. White Super-LumiNova® is applied to the gold-plated, diamond-cut flat indexes and the diamond-cut faceted hour and minute hands. The central chronograph hand, is black-plated and also treated with Super-LumiNova®. Small counter hands are gold-plated to match the other features of the dial and complete the cohesive design aesthetic.
