The case is constructed from rose gold 750/1000, and is adorned with 46 diamonds totaling 0.42 carats, using a dropped setting technique. This timepiece features an anti-glare, scratch resistant sapphire crystal.

The dial is crafted from nephrite jade, incorporating champlevé detailing using green aventurine and chrysoprase to create the Anchor Chain motif. Powering the hour and minute functions is a Swiss-Made quartz movement. The watch secures to the wrist using a long, interchangeable medium green alligator leather strap, completed with a rose gold pin buckle. The Hermès Cape Cod maintains a degree of water-resistance up to 3 bar.
