This housing ensures water resistance up to 60 atmospheres, equivalent to 600 meters or 1,970 feet, a capability supported by a screw-down crown and a stainless steel screw-down case back. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal, known for its scratch resistance. A key diving feature is its patented unidirectional rotating bezel, calibrated in feet, which allows for the calculation of dive times and safe ascents without decompression stops. This bezel is available with either a sandblasted stainless steel insert or a black ceramic inlay. The timepiece offers indications for hours, minutes, seconds, and the date, all clearly visible on its iconic dial.
