The case possesses a diameter measurement of 41 millimeters and a vertical height of 14.8 millimeters. Attachment points for the strap are spaced at a width of 21 millimeters. A dual finishing technique is applied to the case surfaces, incorporating both polished and satin-finished areas. Security for the internal components is provided by a screw-down case back, featuring a satin finish and an integrated sapphire crystal for viewing the movement. The bezel is a polished, screw-down type characterized by side knurling and a full thread design, contributing to the overall structural integrity and aesthetic. Water resistance is rated at 3 bar, equivalent to a depth of 30 meters, offering protection against incidental water contact.

Powering the CH-7543L is the automatic Caliber C. 755 movement. This mechanism operates at a frequency of 4 Hz, corresponding to 28,800 alternations per hour (A/h), ensuring precise timekeeping.
