This caliber operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and boasts an impressive power reserve of approximately 70 hours. The movement features chronograph functions with 1/4th second, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters, along with a date display through a dial aperture. Composed of 47 jewels, the movement is housed within a robust stainless steel case with a screwed-in sapphire crystal caseback, providing a view of the intricate mechanism. The watch features a bidirectional slide rule bezel, a key element of the Navitimer's aviation heritage, enabling complex calculations. A cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides, protects the blue dial. The watch is water-resistant to 3 bars (30 meters), suitable for everyday wear but not prolonged water submersion.
