Its construction begins with the utilization of high-strength, seawater-resistant German Submarine Steel, sourced directly from ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems. This specific steel is the same material employed in the construction of the German Navy's 212-class submarines, celebrated for their non-nuclear propulsion and advanced design. A key attribute of this submarine steel is its exceptional resistance to saltwater corrosion, coupled with a complete absence of residual magnetism, classified as non-magnetic to the highest degree. The 44mm diameter case and screwable crown both are crafted using submarine steel, and further enhanced by TEGIMENT Technology, a process that significantly increases the surface hardness, providing superior scratch resistance compared to standard stainless steel. The bead-blasted finish produces a non-reflective, matte surface texture.

The watch features a captive diver's bezel, engineered to prevent detachment under significant impact. Designed with minute ratcheting for precise timing, it offers that feature. The crown is strategically positioned at the 4 o'clock position, mitigating potential discomfort on the back of the wearer's hand.
