DescriptionThe Norqain Independence Skeleton Chrono 42mm Limited Edition, reference NNT3200BC/P321, represents a significant advancement in the Independence collection, being the first chronograph model and the brand's inaugural watch constructed entirely from Grade 5 Titanium. This choice of material, enhanced with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, contributes to the watch's remarkably low weight of under 90 grams, offering exceptional wearability. The case measures 42.00mm in diameter, with a thickness of 13.90mm and a lug-to-lug distance of 49.80mm. The lug width is 22.00mm, accommodating the integrated purple rubber strap. The watch's structure ensures water resistance up to 100 meters. Protection for the dial is provided by a double anti-reflective, scratch-proof, flat sapphire crystal. The case back utilizes a similar scratch-proof flat sapphire, revealing the movement, with a special detail that the glass is inscribed with “LIMITED EDITION ONE of 300”. The case incorporates functional elements such as a screw-down crown, adorned with the NORQAIN logo, and the engraved black DLC Titanium NORQAIN Plate located on the left side.

The dial displays a satin-finished, skeletonized design in black and purple. This display enhances readability with a white minute scale presented on a purple outer ring. Black counters are situated at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions. The indexes are diamond-cut and flat, treated with a gun metal plating, and filled with X1 GL C3 Super-LumiNova® for visibility in low light. The hour and minute hands share the diamond-cut, faceted design, gun metal plating, and Super-LumiNova® infill. Likewise, the second hand is diamond-cut and flat with gunmetal plating and is filled with X1 GL C3 Super-LumiNova®. Powering this limited edition is the NORQAIN 8K Manufacture Calibre (NK24/1), a mechanical automatic flyback chronograph movement, complete with a column wheel. It has earned chronometer certification (COSC). The movement contains 31 rubies. A personalized oscillating weight and bridge, inspired by 8K mountain peaks, which distinguishes the calibre. The movement operates at a balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and maintains a power reserve of 62 hours through a bi-directional automatic winding system. Its functionalities include a small second counter at 6 o'clock, a 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock, and a flyback chronograph mechanism that allows for instant resetting and restarting of the timer.
