Its construction ensures substantial protection for the internal Swiss mechanical automatic movement, which is a self-winding calibre decorated by DOXA. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800.0vph (4.0Hz) and offers a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The case is further enhanced by a screw-down crown, positioned at the 4 o'clock mark, and a stainless steel screw-down case back, contributing to its impressive water resistance rating of 60ATM, equivalent to 600meters or 1,970feet. Protecting the iconic black dial is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

A key feature for diving functionality is the patented unidirectional rotating bezel. This essential tool for divers allows for the calculation of safe ascent times without decompression stops and features a dual indication system displaying dive time in minutes and depth in feet.
