Its construction centers around a robust 316L stainless steel case, measuring 42.00 mm in diameter and 46.00 mm lug-to-lug, with a total height of 13.80 mm. This casing incorporates a screw-down crown and a stainless steel screw-down case back, contributing to its water resistance rating of 20 ATM, equivalent to 200 meters or 656 feet. Protecting the dial is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, featuring an anti-reflective coating and a domed profile reminiscent of vintage plexiglass crystals. A key functional element for diving is the unidirectional rotating bezel, which is available with either a sapphire or stainless steel inlay. To ensure legibility in low-light conditions, all dive-relevant markers and the bezel are treated with a Super-LumiNova® luminescent coating.

Powering the SUB 200 Aquamarine is a Swiss mechanical automatic, self-winding movement, decorated by DOXA. This calibre operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4.0 Hz) and provides a power reserve of 38 hours. The watch displays hours, minutes, and seconds, along with a date indication. The timepiece is offered with several strap and bracelet options. A stainless steel "Beads of Rice" bracelet is available, equipped with a folding clasp that includes a wetsuit extension and features the distinctive DOXA fish symbol. Alternatively, FKM rubber straps are provided in two sizes: a standard version with lengths of 125.00 mm and 75.00 mm, and a small version with lengths of 110.00 mm and 65.00 mm. Both rubber strap options utilize a pin buckle and have a lug width of 19.00 mm. The dial is described as an iconic design.
